The opening ceremony of the online training courses on Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Innovation for the Posts and Postal Management

 

Today (19 October 2020) there is a joint opening ceremony of the three courses which are the Human Resource Management (HRM), Marketing and Innovation for the Posts (MIP), and Postal Management (PMC).

HRM is a 2-week course that is running from 19 – 30 October 2020. There are 10 participants from 6 countries attending this course namely Cambodia, China, India, Philippines, Thailand, and Vanuatu. The course objectives are 1. to enable participants to apply the best practices of human resource management functions, systems, and behaviors for the postal business in the current context and, 2.  to develop the leadership, employee engagement, change management, and learning capacity of participants so that they can be enablers of the transformation in their work context.

MIP is a 4-week course that is running from 19 October – 13 November 2020. It is attended by 5 participants from 4 countries namely Fiji, India, Lao, and Thailand. The course is designed to cover the aspects of the role of Posts in the digital economy and marketing potential, modern marketing best practices, marketing methods and discover customer insights, innovation approaches in marketing, diversification of postal products on systems, and building the postal strength to meet the ORE key performance indicators.

PMC is a 5-week course that is running from 19 October – 20 November 2020.  There are 7 participants from 3 countries namely China, India, and Thailand. The participants of PMC will also get an opportunity to attend the special training programs on “Leadership Management” and Strengthening Supply Chain-to be a leader in e-Commerce.
