The APPC (College) in coordination with the International Post Corporation (IPC) is going to organize an online Forum on “E-Commerce Solutions and Customer Services” from 4 to 5 October 2022 by using the Zoom Platform. This Forum will broadly cover the following two topics:
- Global Customer Service System (GCSS)
- Declining volume trends and the postal response
