The 51st APPC Governing Board Meeting (Online) was held on 21 June 2021 at 13.30 hrs. – 14.45 hrs. (Bangkok time).
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Phuwieng Prakhammintra, Deputy Permanent Secretary, MDES of Thailand. Mr. LIN Hongliang, APPU Secretary General was the Secretary of the meeting. The meeting was attended by 9 Governing Board members namely Australia, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Thailand, as well as some APPU members and donors specifically the UPU, Deutsche Post (DHL), La Poste, France and Swiss Post. The number of attendees is around 70 persons.
The training programs for the years 2021 and 2022, APPC activities, and some financial issues were discussed and approved by the meeting.
