The Online Special APPC Governing Board Meeting was held on 22 December 2020 at 10.00 hrs. Bangkok time. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Phuwieng Prakhammintra, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES) of Thailand.  Mr. LIN Hongliang, the Secretary General of APPU and Ms. Kwanjai Kajornwuttideth, Manager of Administrations and APPU Affairs and officials from MDES physically participated in the meeting.

There were 7 out of 9 member countries of the APPC Governing Board namely Australia, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and Thailand attended the special meeting.

The meeting reviewed and noted the APPC 2020 financial status and adopted new tuition structure of APPC.
