The inauguration of the IOTP on Terminal Dues Workshop was taken place on 9 December 2020 at 09.30 hrs. The workshop was conducted from 9 December to 15 December 2020. The inauguration was presided over by the Secretary General of APPU. Ms. Kwanjai Manager Administration & APPU Affairs and Ms. Padmaghanda Mishra, Course Director participated in the function. There are 19 participants from 19 countries namely Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kiribati, Lao PDR, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Philippines, Tonga, Thailand, Vanuatu and Vietnam participating this workshop.

The participants were equipped with the aspects of; updating information of current terminal dues system and the future changes; conveyance and charges of the transit mail; statistical operational related terminal dues, review of e-format remuneration; and terminal dues and quality of service link.
