Ms. Araya Prasittiboon is the Manager Administration and APPU Affairs. She graduated with a Master’s degree in International Educational Development Program from Boston University in 1986. She has had at least 15 years’ experiences in management in non-profit international organizations and private companies. Her professional career includes the work as the Program Officer at the Family Planning International Assistance, an American donor agency; the Senior Program Coordinator for Agricultural and Natural Resources Management at CARE-International in Thailand and the General Manager for Zdirectory (Thailand) Co., Ltd

MS.SAWITREE LANGKHONG is the Secretary of APPU. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree holder. After graduated from Murdoch University, she acquired her working experience from Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. as an assistance of  QA/QC Inspector.

Mr.Kirati Petchkum is the Administrative Officer of APPC. He has a certificate in accounting from the Institute of Sakol Kittisak Commerce and has completed his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rajabhat Institute Petchaburi Wittayalongkorn (under the Royal Patronage).

Mr. Danai Suwattana is the systems support officer at APPC. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and computer networks from Rangsit University. Prior to joining APPC in September 2000, he acquired experience with the Best Company as a Technical Systems (1994), General Manager, Maruay Engineering (1995-1996) and Systems Engineer, Siripaisal Group Ltd (1997-1999) In addition to taking care of all training material, he is in charge of the computer, internet and all of systems.
 

MS.SOMJIN CHAINGAM , Administrative Support Officer, graduated from Thammasat University in Social Work in 1990 and completed her master degree in Public Administration in 1996 from the same university. She started her career with a position of secretary in a travel agency after that worked as a social worker at a youth centre of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. She was a instructor of the Communication Authority of Thailand to train the International Operators from 1992 – 1997. Then she joined the Asian-Pacific Postal Training Centre in the position of Secretary in August 1997 – 2004 and she has resumed the duty on current position in May 2005.    

Mr. Anawat SANtigul is the Office Assistant of APPC. He graduated with a Bachelor of Home Economics .He acquired experience with the Food and Drug Administration .He has worked at APPC since 2007, performing a range of administrative duties such as, photocopying, typing and banking.

Mr. Sophon sricharoen is a driver at APPC. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts  (Political Science) .Before joining the APPC in 2007 .He acquired experience with the Expressway & Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand . He holds all classes of drivers' licenses.
 

Mr. Anupan Auanon is a driver at APPC. Before joining the Centre in 1995 he worked with the Cable Company as a driver. He holds all classes of drivers' license.
